All domestic orders are shipped via the fastest available shipping method. Due to the influx of orders from drops and current COVID-19 restrictions, orders may 7-21 business days to ship.
This is normal. If you ordered multiple, different items, you will receive each of them separately. If you ordered multiple of the same item, they will ship together.
If you've placed an order outside of Canada, your order may be subject to customs fees. Every country has its own set of regulations so please contact your local postal service or customs office to learn more about how your country handles taxes and duties.
We are not responsible for any additional fees that your country may charge for importing goods, and it is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay customs fees on each item that is ordered. Customers may be responsible for multiple customs charges from their customs office if multiple items are ordered that are shipped separately. These fees are set by your local postal service or customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
Also, please be aware that there may be rare occurrences where customs will delay the transit time of some packages.
All orders are shipped from Toronto, Canada.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not offer returns or exchanges under any circumstance due to the nature of our drops and the limited quantities available. As of right now, we are not currently accepting returns or exchanges on any items.

If your order/item is damaged during shipping, please send a photo of the damage, your email address used to place the order and order number within 48 hours of receiving it to email@example.com.
If 48 hours has passed since delivery, we are unable to replace or refund your order.
If your order was returned to sender for any reason, you will receive an email from our customer service team to fix the issue once it has been delivered back to our fulfillment centre.
Once an item has been marked as returned to sender by the post office, the only option is to wait for it to arrive back at our warehouse.

Step 1 - Check that the shipping address that you input matches your intended shipping destination.
Step 2 - Check with your neighbours to see if the package wasn't delivered to them by mistake. Sometimes, packages are marked delivered before they actually reach the destination, so wait a few days for it to arrive!
If you still don't have it, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to support. We are not held liable for lost or stolen packages once they have left our fulfillment centre, but we will do our best to track down any lost packages.
You should have received an email confirmation for your order. Please make sure to check your order status through there, as it will include a package tracker for your convenience.

Clothing: Make sure to read the labels on your LUG clothing items to ensure you practice the recommended washing and caring instructions for the item.
Any blood stains, we recommend you throw the item away, hide all the evidence, erase your identity, move to a small island in the South-East Asia, marry a local, start a new family and bring your dirty secrets with you to the grave.
Speed Shades: To wash the LUG Speed Shades, we recommend a small splash of water followed by wiping it down with a gentle, microfibre cloth. We know you're just going to use your shirt though.
For beer, champagne or stickier stains, simply pour more booze over them and make sure your buddy is underneath to collect the runoff with their mouth.
The Cappy: After each use we recommend you rinse out any leftover liquid inside The Cappy and air dry to prevent the mechanism from being sticky at your next use.
Nobody wants to touch your sticky tools.
Flags: It's a flag. Just look at it every now and then.
